Job Summary:

The Faculty Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the effective management of our curriculum teams at Coventry College. This position requires close collaboration with Curriculum Managers, educators, students, and administrative personnel to streamline college operations within assigned faculties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate administrative aspects of educational programs, including scheduling, record keeping, and event management.
  • Support Curriculum Managers with tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, and event management.
  • Act as a liaison for students and parents, providing critical information on support systems and college policies.
  • Manage data and assist in financial processes, ensuring compliance with college and budgetary policies.
  • Facilitate communication within the college and maintain an organized record system.

Requirements:

  • An organized, detail-oriented individual with proven administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience in educational administration is preferred, but not required.
