Reporting Analyst - Oracle EPM

Reporting to the Reporting Lead within the Finance Transformation team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our finance transformation to Oracle Cloud by providing expertise in reporting technologies.

You will collaborate closely with the Reporting Lead and other team members to ensure the successful integration and utilisation of reporting capabilities within Oracle Cloud.

  • Reporting Strategy Development: Assist the Reporting Lead in developing and executing a comprehensive reporting strategy aligned with the objectives of the finance transformation programme.
  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, analyse business needs, and translate them into technical specifications for Oracle Cloud reporting.
  • Report Development and Optimisation: Design, develop and optimise reports ensuring accuracy, reliability and timeliness of financial information.
  • Data Analysis and Visualisation: Opportunity to develop visually appealing dashboards and reports for key stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure adherence to data governance standards and regulatory requirements in reporting processes. Perform quality checks on reports to maintain data integrity.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle reporting tools and processes.

Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes and financial reporting.

Specific knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close, Profitability and Cost Management, Account Reconciliations and other related modules.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate financial reports.
