The Role

We are seeking a Trade Marketing Specialist to join our Trade Marketing Team in our Bromley office. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and overseeing trade marketing and activation plans for our UK Foodservice business line.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement trade marketing and activation plans to drive business growth and ROI
  • Collaborate with the Foodservice & Consumer Foods Division to align activities with strategic objectives
  • Manage and motivate a team to achieve business goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key on-trade customers to showcase brands and drive sales
  • Manage multiple projects within deadlines and to budget

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in a marketing role in a UK Foodservice landscape
  • Strong understanding of the industry, including channel strategy and national accounts
  • Previous experience in a trade marketing or activation role, with a proven track record of delivering ROI
  • Experience in managing people and teams
  • Strong marketing skills, with a focus on classic and creative marketing
  • High level of confidence and tenacity, with a passion for food and drink
