**Job Summary**
GNB Partnership Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Temporaries Controller to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment consultancy, you will be responsible for further developing our existing client base and bringing in new business to enhance our desk.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and temps to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Attend industry conferences and networking events to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the recruitment industry.
- Work closely with our permanent consultants to provide clients with a full 360 service, including job advertising and job description writing.
- Manage and develop our temps desk, including attending client visits and developing relationships with clients and temps.
**Requirements**
- Minimum 18 months experience as a temps controller or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated and driven individual with a strong work ethic.
