Job Summary:

Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Site Services Engineer to join our team at a brand-new manufacturing facility in Leicester. As a Site Services Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting maintenance, repair, and breakdown opportunities on a range of site services and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on site services and facilities, including steam boilers, air compressors, water treatment, and effluent plant.
  • Work on brand-new equipment and systems, including ammonia refrigeration and utilities.
  • Monitor and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS) and ensure efficient operation of facilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless facility operations.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal facility performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a site services environment within a manufacturing facility.
  • Multi-skilled with a formal engineering qualification to NVQ Level 3.
  • Hold a 17th or 18th Edition electrical certification.
  • Steam Utilisation and Boiler House Certification.
  • Amonia Refrigeration knowledge and safety protocols.
  • Utilities experience, including gas, electric, and water.
  • BMS Systems and Monitoring.
  • Effluent treatment and drainage, as well as general facilities management.
