Senior Estates Officer

Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly motivated Senior Estates Officer (Electrical Bias) to join their Estates Department at Scunthorpe General Hospital. The successful candidate will play a proactive role within the Estates Management team, contributing to the Trust's objectives in a safe, cost-effective, and efficient manner, while ensuring compliance with legislation and good practice.
Main Responsibilities- Carry out AP duties in line with relevant appointment and HTM requirements.
- Support the Senior Estates Manager and deputise as required.
- Functional management of junior staff members.
- Responsible for training and mentoring of estates team members.
- Provide senior engineering support and act as a role model for other maintenance team members.
- Cross-site responsibilities in accordance with the appointed AP function.
- Responsible for specific oversight and completion of AP action logs.
- Technical support to projects.
- Provide technical reports and solutions.
- Regular engagement with the Authorising Engineer.
