About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Charge Hand to join our team at Firstbus. As a key member of our depot operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our engineering operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and supervise the daily activities of our engineering staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of engineering projects, working closely with our Workshop Planner and Engineer.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development of our depot operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
