Hearing Care Specialist

Network Open is seeking a qualified Hearing Care Assistant to join our team in London. As a Hearing Care Assistant, you will work with patients in their own homes, providing fittings and aftercare services under the guidance of an Audiologist/HAD. Your role will involve conducting fittings, rehabilitation appointments, and service appointments to ensure patients receive the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities- Fitting appointments, including Real Ear Measurements
- Rehabilitation appointments for patients experiencing difficulties
- Service appointments to recognize basic hearing aid faults
- Initial introductions and case history
- Maintenance of hearing instruments
- Assist in training other staff
- Annual salary of up to £25k pa pro rata, depending on experience
