Job Title: Interim Tax Projects

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Interim Tax Projects professional to join our team at Nebula Partners. As a key member of our Global Tax Team, you will play a critical role in delivering international tax advice to support transactions and new country entry across Africa and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tax advisory support on various projects in the Region, working closely with the Senior International Tax Manager and Regional Tax Director.
  • Support the Exploration Team with tax issues on existing and new projects in Europe and Africa, ensuring compliance with Group CFCs and local filing requirements.
  • Assist with ad-hoc cross-border tax advisory projects, including group financing, M&A, and Pillar 2 related issues.
  • Build relationships across the broader finance team to drive the tax agenda and support the compliance team with local and group filing requirements.

About You:

  • ACA/CTA qualified with UK corporate tax training from a Big 4 or Top Tier firm.
  • Proven international tax advisory experience, with a focus on direct/corporate tax.
  • Able to start a new contract in October or November 2024.
  • Ability to lead projects in a complex multinational environment and work in the office at least 2 days every week.
