We are seeking a skilled Process Loader to join our team at our Preston site. As a Process Loader, you will be responsible for loading areas with materials and completing manual jobs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Comply with all statutory and legal requirements.
  • Comply with all safety, health, and environment requirements.
  • Raise any safety hazards through the correct reporting channels.
  • Support the risk assessment process.
  • Comply with packaging or food hygiene safety regulations.
  • Ensure product and process quality requirements are met.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

This is a shift-based role with a 4 on 4 off pattern, including days and nights. Flexibility is required as the shift pattern is not always guaranteed. The hourly rate for this position is £14.70. A valid Counterbalance Licence is advantageous.

You will be part of a multi-skilled team, responsible for undertaking daily, weekly, and monthly manual activities to meet KPI requirements for safety, quality, hygiene, service, and cost.
