Warehouse Operations Manager

Fabric Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing company based in Melton Mowbray to fill a Warehouse Supervisor position.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a small Warehouse team and drive new strategies across the Warehouse operation. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for all inbound and outbound activities, ensuring all standards are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of housekeeping across the site.
- Ensure all Health & Safety policies are adhered to.
- Schedule daily workload and allocate staff.
- Ensure all opening and closing procedures are followed.
- Recruit and manage warehouse team members, including performance reviews.
- Implement new procedures and standards.
Requirements:
- Experience working in an SME environment managing heavy products.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Able to lead by example.
- Experience managing a small team and implementing change and improvements.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with fragile products.
