Street Lighting Operations Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lighting Operations Manager to join our team at Ringway Jacobs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the street lighting maintenance within our contract, encompassing all delivery functions, including budget management and providing strategic investment advice for approximately 150,000 lighting assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a first-class service to our customers, completing a high standard of maintenance to the highway network, ensuring that all maintenance activities are delivered in accordance with the strategies and policies of the County Council and Essex Highways.
- Develop and manage Street Lighting Service Plans and Task Orders annually, agreeing with the ECC Commissioning Team.
- Deliver and manage Street Lighting contractual KPIs.
- Help develop a street lighting service across Essex, adapting and changing the service post completion of LED upgrades.
- Manage and understand costs through the company's cost capture system, maximising value in relation to these costs.
About You
- Applicable degree qualified, HNC/HND with operational experience.
- Member of the Institution of Lighting Professionals.
- Excellent all-round IT skills with Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of HEA working requirements with current ESC card.
