Sales and Marketing Representative at Hilton Grand Vacations
This role is situated within the Sales division at Hilton Grand Vacations and focuses on engaging with clients and current members to provide essential updates. Representatives will reach out to members prior to their visits or offer virtual updates at their convenience. Responsibilities also include logging tour details into the CRM system and confirming appointments with members. Additionally, the Sales and Marketing Representative may be required to assist on-site to facilitate tours.
The position demands a commitment of 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound and receive inbound communications to promote attendance at Sales Presentations
- Market promotional packages and participate in on-site marketing initiatives
- Adhere to established guidelines and scripts, ensuring professionalism in all interactions
- Maintain familiarity with offerings, locations, systems, and company policies
- Comply with solicitation and communication protocols
Required Qualifications:
- Knowledge of programs, systems, and resorts
- Meet production standards and call metrics
- Manage an average of 100 calls daily
- Consistently implement training on software applications
- Exhibit flexibility in scheduling and maintain open communication with management
- Process deposits and uphold a professional appearance
- Participate in mandatory meetings, training sessions, and courses
- Follow company standards diligently
- Self-driven with strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to adhere to scripts while demonstrating good telephone etiquette
