Operational Leadership Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations across various sites, ensuring efficient service delivery by supervising team members, subcontractors, and service providers.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop your team, fostering a positive work environment that promotes retention and high performance.
  • Ensure all operations are conducted in a safe manner, in compliance with company policies, relevant legislation, and financial targets.
  • Assist in the recruitment and vetting process, ensuring alignment with company and client policies, and strictly adhere to all HR procedures.
  • A clean driving license is essential as travel to various sites is required.
  • Company Car, Laptop and Mobile Phone also supplied
  • Hours - To be discussed at Interview as site visits are required daily
