About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Corporate Partnerships team as we embark on an ambitious change programme to drive growth and income for the National Trust.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate partnerships strategy to drive growth and income for the National Trust.
  • Lead and motivate a team of experienced corporate partnerships professionals to achieve targets and build innovative propositions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners and stakeholders to drive business growth and income.
  • Develop and secure six and seven-figure new business relationships with corporate partners.
  • Manage and develop projects and budgets to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Partnerships Fundraising Growth Lead to develop and test the growth plan and embed opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of leading and motivating a corporate partnerships team to meet targets and build innovative propositions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to build cultivation strategies with leadership teams.
  • Experience of organisational strategic planning and development of a corporate fundraising strategy.
  • Strong influencing skills to build cultivation strategies with leadership teams.
  • Experience developing and securing six and seven-figure new business relationships.
  • Good understanding of the corporate fundraising landscape and best practice trends within the sector.
