About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Finance Manager to join our Central FP&A team at No7 Beauty Company. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for producing management reports and communicating No7BC and Global Sourcing performance to Group and internal leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all central planning processes, including forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and delivering high-quality outputs.
- Oversee group reporting for legal entity views of the business, applying a high level of rigour and challenge to submissions and responding to feedback.
- Develop and maintain the Global Brands allocation process, communicating outputs to retailers and analysing the post-allocation view of Global Brands within WBA group.
- Manage the administration of Global Brands Planning Analytics system, working with Global Finance Systems to develop and improve functionality and ensure data integrity for key planning processes.
- Support the professional development of the wider team and drive process improvement through efficiency and simplicity.
- Provide key finance support for projects relating to reporting of No7BC, Global Sourcing, and wider OBEX businesses.
Requirements
- A qualified finance professional with a strong analytical background and excellent communication skills.
- Experience in financial planning and analysis, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality outputs.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and finance systems, with experience of using Planning Analytics.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and drive process improvement.
