The Role

As an Import Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing import operations, ensuring timely and efficient cargo delivery
  • Liaising closely with overseas agents to coordinate logistics and resolve any issues
  • Tracking cargo and monitoring its progress
  • Daily communication with suppliers to ensure smooth operations
  • Responding to general customer queries and providing excellent customer service

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an experienced professional with:

  • Operational experience in logistics, freight, or transport
  • Knowledge of sea freight operations, preferably with some exposure
  • A willingness to work in an office environment full-time
  • Self-motivation and a desire to learn and grow with our company
