Care Team Leader

As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care. Your key responsibilities will include planning and implementing care plans, leading a team of Care Assistants, and maintaining accurate records.
We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care. You will have a background in person-centred care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia. A NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care is preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
- Lead a team of Care Assistants to deliver high-quality care
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
