Job Title: Safeguarding Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Safeguarding Administrator to join our team at Lift Schools. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective implementation of our safeguarding policies and procedures.

About the Role:

  • Support the Safeguarding Officer (DSL) in ensuring the safety and well-being of our students.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of safeguarding policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with school staff, professionals, and parents/carers to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment to ensure the timely and effective implementation of safeguarding procedures.
  • Understand and maintain confidentiality in a school environment.
  • Use initiative to deal with telephone calls and staff queries in a professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working within the Education Sector and knowledge of Safeguarding/child protection.
  • Ability to respond well to a changing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
