Job Title: Adult Community Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at the Posture and Mobility Group UK in Ashford, Kent.

About the Role:

As a Band 7 Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for assessing adults and children, providing complex wheelchairs with associated posture management and pressure management accessories, and guiding junior staff in ensuring quality of a clinical service.

You will work in partnership with local voluntary sector and statutory services to deliver our vision of a "chair in a day" and drive the quality of frontline services to our service users.

About You:

We are looking for a qualified Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist with strong people skills, a BSc degree or diploma in occupational therapy or physiotherapy, and previous experience of working at AFC Band 7 level with patients with long-term or deteriorating medical conditions.

You should also have experience of staff supervision, a current full UK driving licence, and be able to work in a regulated activity.
