Legal Cashier Role

RG Consultancy is seeking an experienced Legal Cashier to join their team in the Bury office. As a key member of the cashiering team, this role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of financial transactions and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and process payments in accordance with SRA Accounts Rules
  • Conduct thorough account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Post credits received and disbursement recharges in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to internal and external queries
  • Perform ad hoc cashiering tasks as required to support the team
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Legal Cashier in a law firm environment
  • Strong knowledge of the Solicitors Accounting Rules and regulations
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a small team
