Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Radiologist to join our team at South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a Consultant Radiologist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our radiology services.

Main Duties

As a Consultant Radiologist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert diagnostic and interventional radiology services to patients
  • Developing and implementing new radiology services and protocols
  • Supervising and mentoring junior radiologists and radiographers
  • Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and contributing to patient care

Person Specification

We are looking for a Consultant Radiologist with:

  • Full GMC registration
  • FRCR or equivalent qualification
  • Relevant CCT or equivalent
  • Entry onto the GMC Specialist Register or eligibility for entry within 6 months of the date of interview

Desirable Criteria

We would welcome applications from candidates with:

  • Relevant experience in a specialist interest pertinent to the post
  • Evidence of research or innovative service developments
