About the Role

  • Handle a diverse caseload of employment-related matters, advising both employers and employees.
  • Draft and negotiate employment contracts, advise on redundancy procedures, and represent clients in employment tribunals.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide exceptional client service and achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years PQE in employment law.
  • Proven track record in employment law, with a strong commercial acumen and ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear, concise, and practical advice.
  • Experience in advocacy and a thorough understanding of the litigation process.
