About the Role

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Stock Team Leader to join our team. As a Stock Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the stock team to ensure they meet their objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless inventory management processes.
  • Proactively manage daily stock activities to ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory data.
  • Ensure sufficient resources are allocated to drive a culture of delivering high levels of service.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and coach teams and colleagues to ensure excellent performance.
  • Strong inventory management experience in a warehousing/logistics environment, ideally in 3PL.
  • In-depth knowledge of inventory processes and stock management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
