Corporate Learning Designer

About the Role
BET365 Careers is seeking a highly skilled eLearning Designer to join our team. As an eLearning Designer, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and evaluating a range of eLearning modules and interventions to support the achievement of organisational goals and continued growth of the Company.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality and bespoke eLearning content, incorporating best practices from learning theory, instructional design frameworks, and current trends in corporate digital learning provision.
- Align with the creation of bespoke eLearning content, you will be comfortable using a variety of authoring tools like Adobe Captivate and Camtasia, as well as Adobe Creative Cloud Suite for asset creation.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to express creative proposals and concepts.
- Collaborate with the E-Learning Project Lead to ensure the successful delivery of eLearning projects.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in instructional design and eLearning development.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
