As an eLearning Designer, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and evaluating a range of eLearning modules and interventions to support the achievement of organisational goals and continued growth of the Company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality and bespoke eLearning content, incorporating best practices from learning theory, instructional design frameworks, and current trends in corporate digital learning provision.
  • Align with the creation of bespoke eLearning content, you will be comfortable using a variety of authoring tools like Adobe Captivate and Camtasia, as well as Adobe Creative Cloud Suite for asset creation.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to express creative proposals and concepts.
  • Collaborate with the E-Learning Project Lead to ensure the successful delivery of eLearning projects.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in instructional design and eLearning development.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
