We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resource Manager to join our team at the Government Recruitment Service. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate changes within staff headcount, providing forecasted impacts for management information use across the Agency and liaise with other OCSD Central Support personnel to make them aware of staff movements for use with training and payroll activity.
  • Monitor data contained in various monthly reports received from HR, deputising, disciplinary, overtime etc. Check that the approval process has been correctly adhered to and action inaccuracies with relevant manager.
