Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage an investigatory caseload involving fitness to practice issues related to misconduct, competence, or health issues.
  • Prepare cases for hearings before panels and committees of relevant regulators.
  • Supervise and mentor junior members of the team in preparing key elements of cases for hearings.
  • Advocate on behalf of clients in Practice Committees and Interim Orders Committees.

Requirements:

  • Qualified lawyer with experience in regulatory law.
  • Proven track record of managing complex caseloads and advocating on behalf of clients.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
