Key Responsibilities- Identify, develop, and deploy commercial excellence initiatives to drive strategic and tactical impact for the Commercial organization.
- Collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders across multiple operating companies to drive actionable insights and progress.
- Provide insights and analysis to Commercial Leadership teams.
- Leverage DBS toolbox to apply a continuous improvement approach.
- Support leadership policy deployment initiatives as required by the business.
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Science, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Fundamental understanding of DBS tools.
- Possess excellent time management, communication, and collaborative skills.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in commercial related disciplines such as Marketing, Commercial Operations, or Sales in a business-to-business environment.
- CP in a DBS tool.
- Proficient in SFDC and Oracle.
