We are currently in search of a dedicated and experienced Construction Operations Manager to lead our projects effectively. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in overseeing flat roofing and facade initiatives, demonstrating a history of delivering projects within established timelines and budgets while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise multiple roofing and facade projects from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure efficient project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout all phases of work.
- Track project progress, budgets, and schedules, making necessary adjustments to meet objectives.
- Provide leadership and direction to site teams, ensuring high productivity and quality outcomes.
- Address any on-site challenges or issues promptly to minimize project disruptions.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, offering regular updates and addressing any inquiries.
Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in construction management, particularly in the roofing and facades domain.
- Possession of a Black CSCS Card.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety protocols.
- Strong project management capabilities, with a proven ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire site teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset in managing challenges.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related discipline are advantageous.
