About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Retail Merchandiser to join our team in the Stroud area. As a key member of our field-based retail merchandising team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective setup of fixtures, attractive product and promotion displays, and well-stocked shelves within The Entertainer concession at Tesco.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expertise in The Entertainer brand and products, with the ability to share knowledge with colleagues
  • Compliance with merchandising standards, store policies, and health and safety guidelines
  • Product placement and replenishment to maximize visibility and appeal
  • Promotional and point-of-sale setup to effectively communicate prices and offers
  • Strong communication and relationship building with in-store colleagues and client account teams
Requirements
  • Experience in merchandising, retail, or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative to find solutions
  • Pride in delivering high standards and service for clients
  • Comfortable with manual handling and occasional home deliveries
  • Confidence using a company tablet for tasks and communication
  • Full UK driving license and access to a car (desirable)
