About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spanish speaking Account Team Leader to join our team at Focus Resourcing Group. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Account Executives to deliver exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Account Executives to handle customer enquiries and provide world-class service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and customer satisfaction
  • Train and coach team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles
  • Maintain regular one-on-ones with team members to discuss progress and development plans
  • Support the customer needs in line with departmental KPIs and ensure all queries and complaints are dealt with efficiently
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a Team Leading role, preferably in a customer service or account management field
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, both verbal and written
  • Experience of working in a busy and demanding environment
  • Commercial awareness and ability to mentor and coach team members
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present to an audience
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Previous experience of Oracle would be advantageous but not essential
