Job Summary

Mavenir is seeking a highly skilled Radio Software Architect to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in real-time software development, preferably in the telecoms environment. They will be responsible for defining radio software architectures, developing key features, and working with global development teams to drive software development technical issues to closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop real-time software systems and applications for software enhancements and new cellular radio related products.
  • Liaise with key Systems/HW/FPGA/BSP/I&V/Test SME's to ensure software architecture meets market requirements and is implementable within a given timeframe.
  • Develop documents, code, scripts, and tools necessary to support SW product development.
  • Work with global development teams, support/chair meetings, and drive SW development technical issues to closure.

Requirements

  • Over 10 years of experience in real-time software development, preferably in the telecoms environment.
  • Demonstratable SW skills within real-time SW environment in requirements definition/dissemination, architecture breakdown, code development, test of SW, SW lifecycle process, debug, tools, and SW support.
  • Ability to work in and with virtual teams.
  • Proficient in development, office, and communications tools necessary to perform the role.
