Job Title: Process Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Process and Manufacturing Engineering teams to ensure seamless execution of manufacturing plans and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency, productivity, and cost savings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with IAC's quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging employees to identify and implement process enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
