About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our small marketing team. As a Visual Identity Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and building the visual identity of one of our prestige brands, Zesty Paws. The ideal candidate will have a strong visual sense, originality, and a genuine creative flair.
The successful candidate will be able to work across various media, including packaging design, web design, and digital marketing. They will be able to interpret and work independently on a brief, manage timelines effectively, and deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities- Product Packaging Projects: Create and update packaging artwork for the entire range, as well as new product design packaging concepts and artwork creation.
- Create Ongoing Seasonal Creative Direction & Campaigns: Develop creative direction and campaigns that reflect a unified brand image and follow the marketing calendar for both brands.
- Art Direction for Photoshoots: Work with the Brand Manager to manage brand and product photoshoots, including creative direction and briefing the photographer/studio to deliver relevant imagery for all channels and website requirements.
- Digital Assets: Create digital assets for email, social, and website content, ensuring a consistent online presence across all channels.
- Support with imagery for ad hoc presentations.
- Maintain a close working relationship with the Marketing team and Performance Marketing channel owners.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, bringing a proven knowledge of creative strategy, vision, communication, and management, with an emphasis on beauty and luxury skincare.
- Excellent working knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Video creation and editing experience is preferred.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- The ability to multitask, prioritize, and work to strict timelines.
- Deliver consistent quality with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to adhere to budgets and deliver results within a fast-paced environment.
- Education/Qualifications: Degree in Graphic Design or a related subject.
