Position Overview: The Regional Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in assisting Field Services Managers, Project Managers, and the Branch Manager by overseeing and executing administrative functions within the designated regional area.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Field Service Manager (FSM) in adjusting schedules for Field Service Engineers (FSE) in response to unexpected changes such as emergency callouts or employee absences.
  2. Collaborate with the FSM to organize follow-up and remedial tasks by reaching out to clients to schedule appointments.
  3. Support FSMs, Project Managers, and Regional Operations Managers in generating purchase orders, including product requisitions, in partnership with the inventory team.
  4. Proactively contact clients 30 days before payment deadlines to ensure there are no outstanding claims.
  5. Be prepared to undertake additional responsibilities to cover for the Field Service Manager during their absence.

Core Competencies: The ideal candidate will demonstrate respect and diversity, professionalism, customer-centricity, innovation, and simplicity. Essential skills include effective planning, meticulous attention to detail, strong time management, logical reasoning, and the ability to prioritize tasks and make informed decisions.

Knowledge Requirements: A foundational understanding of fire safety principles is preferred.

Training and Development: Completion of FIA Fundamentals units 1 & 2 and BS5839-1 is desirable.
