In qualità di Operatore di Assistenza Clienti per Gioco Responsabile, entrerai a far parte di un team specializzato che aiuta e supporta i clienti.
Sarai responsabile di interagire con i clienti potenzialmente a rischio di sviluppare un problema di gioco, o che sperimentano i danni associati al gioco d'azzardo.
Compiti Principali- Fornire assistenza ai clienti che mostrano segni di problemi legati al gioco d'azzardo.
- Utilizzare gli strumenti interni per assistere e prendere in carico le richieste dei clienti.
- Relazionarsi con i dipartimenti interni.
- Se necessario, portare all'attenzione di un superiore le richieste di assistenza.
- Promuovere un'attività di gioco più sicura.
- Conoscere le politiche, le procedure e i requisiti di licenza.
- Applicare auto esclusioni ai conti dei clienti.
- Gestire le domande e i reclami relativi al Gioco Responsabile.
- Eccezionale capacità di ascolto.
- Ottime capacità di comunicazione.
- Motivazione a mettere il cliente al primo posto.
- Ottima capacità di problem solving.
- Impegno nel rispetto delle politiche e delle procedure.
- Disponibilità all'apprendimento.
