Please note: This position is contracted for 44 weeks annually.
Your primary responsibilities will encompass:
- Preparing appetizing, high-quality meals that satisfy our clients and patrons.
- Identifying areas for enhancement in our food service.
- Training and supporting our teams, leading by example to ensure everyone excels in their roles.
- Delivering our appealing food concepts to our clientele.
- Managing food orders, overseeing stock control, and minimizing food waste.
- Ensuring the efficiency of all catering operations, including inventory management and action plan implementation.
- Administering budgets and achieving financial objectives.
- Enforcing and reviewing Health & Safety standards to guarantee compliance across all catering and service teams.
Our ideal Chef Manager will possess:
- A City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent.
