Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Rapid Response Care Assistant to join our team. As a Rapid Response Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs, including tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with a close-knit team to deliver exceptional care and support
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Travel to various locations within a 100-mile radius to provide care and support

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous complex care experience, including ventilation support, tracheostomy care, and peg feeding
  • Compassion, empathy, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care and support
  • Resilience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
