We are looking for a proficient Lead Financial Administrator to oversee the financial operations within an educational institution. This role is initially temporary with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position, though this cannot be guaranteed.

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in managing the financial processes of the institution, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing daily financial transactions and maintaining precise financial records
  • Generating financial reports and preparing budgets
  • Monitoring financial outlays to ensure alignment with the institution's budget
  • Collaborating with staff and external parties on financial issues
  • Assisting with financial audits and implementing suggested improvements
