We are seeking a skilled and motivated Operative to join our team at our potato processing site in Westwick, Norfolk.
As a Level 2 Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of food production and machine efficiency, while adhering to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate food production equipment and machinery to produce high-quality products
- Monitor and maintain machine efficiency to optimize production
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet our high standards
- Collaborate with the production team to resolve any issues or concerns
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Mechanical handling equipment qualifications (FLT, ride on barrows, pedestrian pallet trucks)
- Numeracy and literacy skills
- Basic IT Skills
