About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned and motivated Family Law Partner to join their team as a partner of this location and area. The successful candidate will develop the department, drive performance, set high standards, and empower team members to achieve professional success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing family law team, providing supervision, support, and guidance to team members.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve team goals and targets, focusing on client objectives and resolving all concerns.
- Tailor and choreograph cases with the team to meet client objectives, addressing complex legal issues with strategic planning and negotiation techniques.
- Foster a positive work environment, encouraging collaboration, creativity, and innovation among team members.
- Maintain a friendly and welcoming demeanor, both internally with team members and externally with clients.
- Utilise strong communication skills to connect and communicate effectively at all levels within the firm and with clients.

- Uphold strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to work in a paperless environment.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years plus PQE in family law
- Networking
- Business development
- Either a partner at their existing firm or someone who is looking for a partner role and has the attributes to take on this mantle
- Extensive private family law experience.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of the legal market.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in addressing client concerns.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Resilience, commitment, and a strong work ethic.
