We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our business goals and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Build Rapport with Customers
Establish a natural rapport with customers in the showroom, understanding their needs and preferences.
Deliver No-Pressure Sales ServiceProvide a no-pressure sales service to customers, identifying and anticipating their needs to ensure a seamless buying experience.
Complete Face-to-Face QuotesComplete face-to-face quotes on chosen and recommended vehicles, ensuring that customers receive the best possible deal.
Upsell Relevant Products and FinanceUpsell relevant products and finance options to customers, ensuring that they receive the best possible value for their money.
Work with the TeamWork collaboratively with the sales team to ensure that sales targets are met and records are broken.
Liaise with Other DepartmentsLiaise with other key departments on site to ensure that customers receive their new car in a same-day service, managing expectations if there is a short delay.
Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence
A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
Customer Service ExperiencePrevious experience in a customer service environment is required.
Sales or Target-Driven ExperienceExperience in sales or working to targets would be beneficial.
Ability to Build RapportThe ability to build rapport and understand customer needs is essential.
FlexibilityThe ability to be flexible, including working weekends, is required.
