Key Responsibilities- Assist the PMO with the delivery of projects across the business, acting as the focal point for internal stakeholders during the planning and initiation phases.
- Provide robust project governance in line with internal processes and industry best practice.
- Develop, own, and implement project management plans, schedules, risk registers, and other associated tools.
- Complete internal and external reporting, including schedule, financial, and quality performance.
- Assist with bid development work as required, providing inputs on cost, schedule, and risk.
- Provide assistance to account managers during the business-as-usual phase of a contract.
- Significant experience of delivering complex projects in an aviation, manufacturing, or technology environment.
- Able to apply different methodologies as required, such as waterfall vs agile.
- Able to manage multiple projects concurrently without impacting performance.
- Experience of commercial and contract negotiation processes.
- Proficient in a range of project management software tools, including MS Project.
- Able to travel regularly within the UK and occasionally internationally.
