About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lecturer to join our team at Queen's University Belfast. As a Clinical Lecturer in Restorative Dentistry, you will play a key role in strengthening our clinical academic base in the Centre for Dentistry within the School of Medicine, Dentistry and Biomedical Sciences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake significant teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate level, including the development and delivery of curriculum content.
  • Engage in scholarly activity, including research and publication, to contribute to the advancement of knowledge in Restorative Dentistry.
  • Contribute to the Centre's administration and outreach activities, including the development of partnerships and collaborations.
  • Deliver and enhance clinical services, including the provision of patient care and the development of clinical protocols.

About the Person:

We are looking for an individual with a strong academic background and a proven track record of teaching and research in Restorative Dentistry. You will have a BDS (or equivalent) and a higher degree (Masters or equivalent), as well as current full registration with the GDC and on the GDC Specialist List in Restorative Dentistry or within 6 months of eligibility for inclusion.
