The successful candidate will be joining a strong existing team, with the objective of further strengthening the quantity surveying department. Contract values typically range from £1,000,000 and will take place in Central, Greater London, and the North and Eastern Home Counties. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of subcontract accounts from procurement to interim and final account agreement and client final account negotiation to ensure the best possible outcome. They will also be involved in attending monthly CVR meetings for presentation of the current financial situation on projects and producing accurate cashflow. Additionally, they will be responsible for commercial administration and management on live projects or projects at the pre-construction phase. The ideal candidate will possess a HNC or above in Quantity Surveying or a similar discipline, have strong commercial acumen, and be able to remeasure accounts on all trades.
