Position Overview:
As a key player in our team, you will oversee and execute medium to large-scale construction projects, ensuring they meet all specifications and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and deliver projects effectively, adhering to timelines and budgets.
  • Review and analyze contracts to fully understand the scope of work.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely project delivery, producing installation schedules that align with fabrication and installation needs.
  • Maintain regular communication regarding project status, providing weekly updates to the Installation Manager.
  • Uphold health and safety standards, supporting the Health and Safety Manager in creating project-specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
  • Ensure all installations comply with product and supplier guidelines, maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Manage project variations and ensure they are documented and communicated to the sales and estimating teams.
  • Assist in preparing monthly applications and invoices in accordance with completed work.
  • Negotiate subcontractor costs, manage purchase orders, and validate monthly work valuations.
  • Participate in client meetings to address site issues and financial matters.
  • Engage in weekly team meetings and daily briefings as part of the installation team.
