The Opportunity: Planning Lead (Associate Director)

We are seeking an experienced Planning Lead to join our thriving Infrastructure-Defence team in Bristol & South West. This role offers the chance to contribute to high-profile infrastructure projects and programmes, while collaborating with our renowned Planning & Scheduling community and wider Controls & Performance network.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage the development, implementation, use, and maintenance of Project Controls processes within assigned Programmes or subdivisions.
  • Oversee day-to-day management, staffing, and implementation of Integrated Project Controls standards and processes.
  • Direct and coordinate all Project Controls activities associated with design, manufacture, construction, and commissioning of Programme work scope, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, time, and cost milestones.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for all Project Planning matters within the P3M South West Defence team, providing exceptional service to our clients and regularly updating the Regional Discipline Lead.
