About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Administrator to join our team. As a Sales and Marketing Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Sales and Marketing team, ensuring the smooth operation of our sales and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with customers to enable the creation and distribution of marketing materials, samples, and other sales-related collateral.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, exhibitions, and other sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze and report on sales data, as well as collate and provide other information to support the Sales team.
  • Conduct competitor research and analysis.
  • Develop and create presentations, reports, and other marketing materials.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, databases, and other administrative systems.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience in an office-based environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and phone skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
  • Marketing experience or qualification is desirable.
