HMP Bullingdon functions as a self-sufficient community, requiring numerous professionals to maintain its operations. As part of the Facilities Maintenance Team, your contributions will be vital, influencing the well-being of every inmate, staff member, and visitor, as well as their families and the broader community.

In your role as a Senior Electrical Technician, you will collaborate with skilled colleagues from various trades, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, cleaning, and administration, all dedicated to enhancing safety and security. We are a Ministry of Justice enterprise, providing essential and timely services to HMPPS. We seek a Senior Electrical Technician with a combination of the following qualifications:
A minimum of two years' experience in an electrical role Experience with commercial or industrial electrical systems Proficient understanding of planned preventive maintenance Electrical qualifications such as C&G 2367 or 2357 (Electrical Installation) and NVQ level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent 17th or 18th Edition certification BS7671 certification Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
