RGB Recruitment Ltd is working with a well-respected contractor to find an experienced Senior Project Planner to join their South West business unit. The company has a strong presence in the UK, with a network of offices and a dedicated workforce.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering infrastructure projects, guiding junior staff, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. A degree in Civil Engineering or relevant experience is essential, as is a Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) certification.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver infrastructure projects to high standards
  2. Guide and mentor junior staff
  3. Ensure compliance with safety protocols
  4. Hold a security pass for MOD projects

What We Offer:

A basic salary of up to £84k, plus a 10% bonus, car allowance, and additional benefits. The role is based on site, with a requirement to be present in the office for a minimum of 3 days a week.

Requirements:

  1. Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant experience
  2. Extensive experience in infrastructure project delivery
  3. Ability to guide and mentor junior staff
  4. CSCS certification
  5. SMSTS certification

Location: Plymouth office, with a requirement to live within a commutable distance.
